Influencer and Collaboration Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, outgoing, and detail-oriented Influencer and Collaboration Manager to drive growth through content and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness sectors.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate collaboration deals that deliver return on investment.
  • Ensure a consistent content pipeline (reels, styling videos, user-generated content) for marketing purposes.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs): engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collaborations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations, preferably in the fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with user-generated content trends and social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • A passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
