  • Develop engaging, on-brand recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
  • Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences, highlighting the unique culture and benefits of our organization.
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites.
  • Support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives.

To succeed in this exciting role, you will bring a strong skillset & experience:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets.
  • A background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications.
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a creative, out-of-the-box approach, thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
