The Role

We're looking for a Creative Lead / Art Director who can elevate the design output at Now Media. This role is about guiding, inspiring, and challenging designers ensuring every project carries fresh thinking, high-quality execution, and creative impact. You'll be responsible for shaping design direction across our branding and social media clients, setting standards for creativity, and ensuring consistency in visual storytelling.

What You'll Do


• Lead and mentor the design team, guiding them from ideation to execution.


• Provide thought starters, design direction, and creative feedback that pushes work to its best.


• Oversee all design work across branding and social media clients, ensuring quality, consistency, and originality.


• Collaborate with teams to translate brand goals into bold visual concepts.


• Stay updated with design trends and cultural shifts, bringing fresh inspiration to the team.


• Balance hands-on design when needed with leadership and oversight.

What We're Looking For


• 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or art direction role.


• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and campaign work.


• Ability to think conceptually and inspire creative exploration.


• Exceptional eye for detail, design craft, and storytelling.


• Strong communication and leadership skills - someone who can inspire confidence and creativity in others.
