Channel Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Channel Growth Leader. This is a critical position that requires exceptional leadership skills, extensive network in real estate sales, and experience in driving growth through channel partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a sourcing organization structure, including CP managers, corporate tie-up teams, and activation plans.
  • Design incentive frameworks for channel partners aligned with sales goals.
  • Persuasively engage top-tier channel partners and institutional partners for business activation.
  • Lead sourcing managers/executives to maximize performance.
  • Drive channel partner engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and report channel contribution distinctly, tracking visits, bookings, and revenue.
  • Deliverables:
  • Establish a robust sourcing team within six months.
  • Achieve 50-70% sales contribution from channel partners, meeting benchmarks.
  • Develop a strong corporate partnership pipeline.
  • Create a structured calendar for channel partner meets and events.
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • MBA/Graduate with a strong background in sales.
  • 12-15 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Minimum 5+ years in leadership roles for channel partners/sourcing at reputable developers.
  • Extensive network across regions.
  • Proven track record of scaling channel-driven sales.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
