
Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, generate leads, and drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete project details to prospects.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales updates in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer requirements, objections, and preferences.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English/Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
- Ability to handle targets, objections, and pressure in a sales environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (real estate background is an added advantage).
