Role Summary

This position involves sourcing and acquiring suitable real estate properties to meet sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Property Sourcing:
    • Identify potential real estate properties, projects, or land that align with the company's sales goals.
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROPERTY OWNERS, AGENTS, DEVELOPERS, AND OTHER KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO SOURCE NEW OPPORTUNITIES.
    • CONDUCT SITE VISITS, MARKET ANALYSIS, AND DUE DILIGENCE TO ASSESS THE VIABILITY OF POTENTIAL ACQUISITIONS.
  • Market Analysis and Research:
    • STAY INFORMED ABOUT REAL ESTATE MARKET TRENDS, ZONING REGULATIONS, PROPERTY VALUES, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES.
    • ANALYZE MARKET DATA TO IDENTIFY EMERGING OPPORTUNITIES AND POTENTIAL RISKS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
    • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers.
    • COLLABORATE WITH LEGAL AND FINANCE TEAMS TO STRUCTURE DEALS THAT ALIGN WITH THE COMPANY'S STRATEGIC GOALS.
    • ENSURE TIMELY CLOSURE OF DEALS WHILE OPTIMIZING COSTS AND MAXIMIZING POTENTIAL RETURNS.
  • Sales Support and Coordination:
    • WORK CLOSELY WITH THE SALES TEAM TO UNDERSTAND CLIENT PREFERENCES AND SOURCING REQUIREMENTS.
    • ENSURE THE SOURCED PROPERTIES ALIGN WITH CUSTOMER DEMAND, MARKET TRENDS, AND COMPANY OBJECTIVES.
    • PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES TO THE SALES TEAM ON NEW ACQUISITIONS AND MARKET DEVELOPMENTS.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • ENSURE ALL SOURCING ACTIVITIES COMPLY WITH LEGAL, REGULATORY, AND COMPANY POLICIES.
    • MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF PROPERTY SOURCING ACTIVITIES, CONTRACTS, AND TRANSACTION DOCUMENTATION.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • DEVELOP STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL PARTNERS, INCLUDING REAL ESTATE AGENCIES, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, AND CONSULTANTS.
    • REPRESENT THE COMPANY IN MEETINGS WITH PROPERTY OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AND GOVERNMENT BODIES.
