Job Title: Senior Manager

We are actively looking for a seasoned professional to lead our team in the development of new products and processes. This role requires a strong background in scientific research, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing literature surveys, identifying commercially viable routes for fluoro-specialty molecules, and developing standardize industrially feasible processes.
  • This individual must also possess excellent analytical skills, including interpretation of data from UV, IR, NMR, GC, GCMS HPLC, LCMS, MS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of GLP, GMP, and IMS guidelines is essential, as well as a strong understanding of synthetic methods and relevant products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of scientists and chemists in the development of new products and processes.
  2. Conduct literature surveys to identify commercially viable routes for fluoro-specialty molecules.
  3. Develop standardize industrially feasible processes for the production of new products.
  4. Analyze data from various analytical techniques to inform product development decisions.
  5. Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GLP, GMP, and IMS guidelines.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., chemistry, chemical engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the chemicals industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including data interpretation and statistical analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
