Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. We are seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the success of our Atlassian products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and technical systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for owning the Atlassian product roadmap, maintaining the product backlog, and prioritizing work to deliver value to our employees.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Owning the Atlassian product roadmap and maintaining the product backlog
  • Partnering with stakeholders to uncover pain points and map processes
  • Leading discovery workshops and rapid prototypes to unlock new ways of working
  • Integrating Jira and Confluence with Slack, GitHub, and other SaaS tools
  • Cultivating and governing plug-ins to ensure performance, security, and measurable ROI
  • Designing dashboards and OKRs to surface insights and track adoption
  • Championing change management by crafting communication plans and delivering live training
  • Defining and auditing permission models to balance collaboration, privacy, and compliance requirements
  • Upskilling the Global Service Desk team to scale end-user support
  • Optimizing performance by removing unused objects in Jira
  • Supporting content management best practices in Confluence
  • Bolstering business cases for new technology to scale how we deliver to customers

As a Technical Business Analyst on our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.
