Job Overview

This key role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize product profitability, efficiency, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product controlling, costing, or business finance, preferably in the sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.

The successful applicant will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting is also highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate product costing, margin analysis, and profitability reports across product lines.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support management in pricing strategy and ensure profitable product positioning through data-driven insights.
  • Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and recommend cost optimization measures to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product controlling, costing, or business finance in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling principles.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
