Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality delivery outcomes, on schedule, within scope, and cost.
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver SAP projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years' experience in delivering ERP projects/programs in international environments.
  • Proven track record as Project lead or ITDM/Scrum Master on at least 2+ full cycle SAP implementations covering all key aspects of IT.
  • Preferred proficiency with project management tools viz. Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of main SAP modules in FIN & SCM - Working experience in Solution Manager (SolMan) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Delivery methodologies viz Agile, Waterfall, DevOps.
