Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Delivery for multiple client engagements with a focus on Project and Program Management in Application Development, Maintenance, and Support projects.
  • Utilize Agile Methodology in an onsite-offshore model to drive project success.
  • Manage projects in both Time and Materials and Fixed Price models.
  • Provide technical leadership to Project Managers and Project Teams to achieve Delivery Excellence.
  • Govern projects through periodic reviews with customers to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain and improve Project Profitability.
  • Independently review project health and recommend actions as needed.
  • Lead multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.
  • Measure project performance through Project Metrics and SLAs, and take corrective action.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in Delivery, with at least 5+ years in Project and Program Management in Application Development, Maintenance, and Support projects.
  • Very Good Experience in End-to-End Project Management using Agile Methodology in an onsite-offshore model.
  • Experience in managing projects in T&M and Fixed Price models.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Java, Dot Net, Cloud, and data technologies.
  • Optional Skills: PMP, CSM, ITIL Certified.
  • Experience in Banking and Finance Services Industry.
