Job Overview

We seek an experienced HR Generalist to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR roles within the IT sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

The role involves leading a young and dynamic HR team, ensuring their growth and alignment with the company's goals. Travel may be required for up to 3 days a month when visiting client and employee locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement & Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, promoting employee engagement through activities and well-being programs.
  • HR Administration & Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and handle HR-related documentation.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Process payroll and administer employee benefits accurately and on time, ensure timely enrollment and management of employee benefits.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Support compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry regulations, assist in developing and revising HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development: Support performance review processes, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms, facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Leadership & Coordination: Lead and mentor a young HR team, fostering their professional development, ensure the HR team is aligned with the company's vision and objectives, coordinate travel and client interaction when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, technical proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, confidentiality, basic understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices, problem-solving, time management.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 3-7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector, familiarity with the latest HR practices.
