Job Summary

Lead Ecommerce and Institutional Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our ecommerce and institutional sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive top-line growth, expand our market share, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the ecommerce and institutional sales channels.
  2. Responsible for managing and driving the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and stakeholder groups.
