Lead Ecommerce and Institutional Sales Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our ecommerce and institutional sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive top-line growth, expand our market share, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the ecommerce and institutional sales channels.
- Responsible for managing and driving the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure we remain competitive.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and stakeholder groups.
