Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Specialist to lead and support Security Operations module implementations—Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR)—for our clients.

This role requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps architecture, data models, and module interdependencies. The successful candidate will have proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules – VR and SIR. This includes configuring and customizing workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR.

You will also be responsible for implementing threat intelligence integrations (e.g., Anomali, Recorded Future) and vulnerability scanner integrations (e.g., Qualys, Tenable). Additionally, you will build use-case-specific automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR).

You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams, risk & compliance, and IT operations to gather detailed requirements. You will then translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

The role also involves integrating ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems. You will develop orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution.

Furthermore, you will perform UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities. You will ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment.
