Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests, communicating effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Answer incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary to the relevant department.
- Receive and dispatch mail, packages, and letters to their intended destinations.
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor office supplies in collaboration with the Admin Manager to maintain efficient operations.
- Manage vendors, couriers, and stationery on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collect quotes, negotiate terms, and track payments for various services.
- Process bills for stationery, courier, water, petrol, diesel, and other expenses.
- Document all bills in consultation with the Admin Manager.
This role is part of our architecture placement services in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Bangalore, and India. We are seeking a skilled front office professional to join our team.
