Job Description:

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for managing the front office, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  1. Answering and directing telephone calls, responding to emails and taking messages as necessary.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of correspondence, including logging and tracking responses to queries and complaints.
  3. Providing information and support to visitors, guests and colleagues.
  4. Coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  5. Receiving and processing deliveries, arranging storage and inventory management.
  6. Managing office supplies, maintaining stock levels and ordering additional materials when required.
  7. Handling cash and credit transactions, making change and operating a point-of-sale system.
  8. Performing general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing documents.
  9. Assisting with special projects and events as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, reception or a similar role.
  • Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
