
Front Office Coordinator

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for managing the front office, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Answering and directing telephone calls, responding to emails and taking messages as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of correspondence, including logging and tracking responses to queries and complaints.
- Providing information and support to visitors, guests and colleagues.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Receiving and processing deliveries, arranging storage and inventory management.
- Managing office supplies, maintaining stock levels and ordering additional materials when required.
- Handling cash and credit transactions, making change and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing documents.
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed.
For this role, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, reception or a similar role.
- Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
