Welcome to our Front Office Receptionist position, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and directing them appropriately, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
- Recording entry pass details and coordinating with security to maintain a secure environment.
- Arranging newspapers and magazines in the reception area to create a welcoming ambiance.
- Responding to telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting with arrangements for meetings and conferences as needed.
- Maintaining the front office appearance to ensure it is always welcoming and organized.
- Monitoring flower arrangements to ensure they are fresh and appealing.
- Taking care of special guests as instructed by directors' personal assistants.
- Maintaining stock levels of refreshment items and reordering as necessary.
- Ensuring the supply of tea and coffee is always available.
- Maintaining telecommunication systems according to instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure smooth facility and housekeeping activities.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Maintaining inward and outward records by receiving and sending dispatches.
- Preparing various reports related to front desk operations.
- Performing other duties as assigned from time to time.
