Job Role

The primary objective of this position is to ensure efficient and compliant workforce management at manufacturing facilities in India.

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist: Strategically plan and structure manpower needs for manufacturing facilities, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to efficiently fill vacancies.
  • Employee Relations Manager: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and lead HR during regulatory audits, while ensuring effective policy implementation.

This role involves active participation and anchoring of manpower planning and organizational structuring at manufacturing facilities in India. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all new employees are effectively inducted and integrated into their respective functions.
  • Maintaining the personal files of all employees and FTEs in a secure manner at the manufacturing facilities.
  • Updating and maintaining all employee records in Success Factors, adhering to defined processes.
  • Compliance with various legislations at manufacturing facilities, corporate office, and branch offices in India.
  • Liaising with statutory authorities under relevant statutes.
  • Monitoring legal cases until resolution and taking proactive measures to prevent potential litigations against the organization.
  • Managing labour contractors and contract labour at manufacturing facilities.
  • Implementing digitization of compliance processes.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements from an HR perspective.
  • Preparing HR policies and processes to comply with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Leading the HR function during regulatory audits.
