Enterprise Workforce Management Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Workforce Management Specialist to provide expert-level application support and configuration for enterprise-wide workforce management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows to optimize business processes;
  2. Analyze system requirements and configure the software to meet complex business needs;
  3. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective system usage among employees;
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate workforce management systems with other HR tools;
  5. Maintain high levels of system uptime and availability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting;

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in workforce management system administration or a related field;
  • Expert-level knowledge of Kronos application configuration and customization;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret system data and identify areas for improvement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
