About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to lead the design, management, and governance of our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity programs. The ideal candidate will ensure availability, scalability, and security across platforms while driving compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of networks, servers, databases, cloud infra (AWS), and end-user support.
  • Monitoring performance, planning upgrades, and ensuring high levels of availability.
  • Management of security architecture, patching, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Conducting audits and maintaining compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR.
  • Implementing incident response and crisis management processes.
  • Development of IT policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Conducting business impact and data privacy assessments.
  • Management of IT budgets, vendor evaluations, and capacity planning.
