Information Security Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Information Security professional to lead our information security department. This role is critical in our global information security directorate.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, standardizing processes and procedures, and safeguarding digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead the India Information Security team with strategic guidance and vision.
  • Security Operations (SecOps): Collaborate with global SecOps to detect, investigate, and resolve cybersecurity threats.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Work with global GRC to enforce cybersecurity policies and facilitate compliance audits.
  • Infrastructure & Design: Assist global Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Design (CID) with management and maintenance of cybersecurity systems.
  • Secure Development: Implement and enforce Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) ensuring compliance with global policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Cyber/Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security management with proven track record of managing global teams.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications like CISSP or CISM required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with security technologies including EDR, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, CSPM, IAM, and PAM.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with ability to drive standardization.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
    • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex security issues and devise effective solutions.
