Guest Service Associate Role Summary

About This Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Associate to join our Food and Beverage Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless food and beverage service operations, and contributing to the overall success of our department.

Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth running of our food and beverage department, focusing on delivering high-quality guest experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely completion and professional execution.
  • Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Collaborate with immediate reports to control costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting our company culture and values.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, performing due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audits.
Requirements:
  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude, commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to find creative solutions, take ownership of duties, and demonstrate personal integrity.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems across various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
