Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure adherence to requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand project needs and provide expert feedback on quality issues.
  • Perform rigorous regression testing and track defects using specialized tools.
  • Analyze test results and report on quality metrics to stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in software testing methodologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for automation scripting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
