Software Quality Assurance Specialist

In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of IT products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of test automation scripts.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Planning & Execution: Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for web applications, and design detailed, well-structured test cases.
- Manual & Automated Testing: Perform manual testing of web applications, including functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Performance & Defect Management: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure web applications can handle expected user loads. Identify, document, and track bugs using a bug tracking system like JIRA or similar.
- Experience in modern web application testing and automation.
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology.
- Experience with issue-tracking and agile project management systems like JIRA.
- A Master's degree with a minimum of three years of Information Systems experience or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of Information Systems experience.
