Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and standards to ensure the highest level of quality in our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards.
  2. Inspect and test software products to ensure they meet required standards.
  3. Conduct different types of tests, including unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
  4. Continuously improve processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
  5. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is built into the product from the start.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Knowledge of QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Quality Center.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
