Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our software solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure thorough coverage of our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and project management, to identify and address potential quality issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure robust testing coverage
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and document test requirements
- Perform root cause analysis to isolate and replicate defects
- Document and maintain detailed test reports and defect tracking
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing efforts
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 4-6 years of relevant QA technical experience
- Proven understanding of Salesforce architecture and concepts
- Experience testing Salesforce platform is required
- Web Services Testing experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
