  • Facilitating real-time phone or remote access sessions with customers.
  • Developing core competencies in Fortinet's product line and technologies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) or CCNA/CCNP certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing, and switching fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with expertise in various OSI layer protocols.
