Network Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing the management and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, with experience in monitoring, reporting, and maintaining enterprise networks.

Responsibilities include operational monitoring, network infrastructure maintenance, vendor liaison, change management, collaboration, and network inventory management.

  • Operational Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of network performance, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Network Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensuring the integrity and security of network infrastructure, performing regular maintenance tasks and upgrades.
  • Vendor Liaison: Collaborating with vendors and technical support teams to resolve multi-platform and multi-vendor issues.
  • Change Management: Supervising network changes, patch deployment, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability and change management requirements.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Deloitte Global/Peer/Business teams to provide support and assistance for network incidents and requests.
  • Network Inventory: Maintaining accurate network inventory, documentation, and MIS reports to ensure compliance with network operations processes and procedures.

Key qualifications include 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise/corporate network, with a minimum of 2 years in large/complex network environments. Additional Cisco certifications are preferred.
