About the Role
We're seeking a highly experienced and skilled Risk Management and Compliance Specialist to join our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Office Leadership Team. As the TPRM Control Assessment Lead, you'll play a critical role in delivering third-party control assessment activities across the TPRM lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead three cross-border/multi-jurisdictional Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Controls Assessment Teams covering Security & Data, Integrity, and Resiliency.
- Fulfill a critical role in supporting the business with the delivery of existing requirements as they relate to engaging and managing third parties.
- Provide global support and guidance through the third-party risk identification, assessment, and management processes.
What You'll Bring
- 15+ years of professional experience with risk management and compliance within the financial service industry, ideally with a third-party lens.
- Experience in leading teams with a proven track record of fostering employee engagement and enhancing performance.
- Proven stakeholder management expertise, including multiple examples of managing effective relationships and delivery of risk-related communication activities.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning in the workplace.
- Experience interpreting and understanding regulatory requirements across multiple regimes.
- Experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Demonstrated customer lens and affinity.
- Experience managing cross-border teams.
