Transformative Role in Third-Party Risk Management
The Director, Third Party Risk Management will join the Risk & Compliance team in Operations & Technology to help mature the Third-Party Risk Management program and relevant capabilities. This individual will design, implement, and continuously improve Third-Party Risk Management capabilities, maturing the firm's control landscape.
About the Role
- Be capability-oriented: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance Third-Party Risk Management capabilities.
- Be a partner: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm, including Procurement and Sourcing, Partnerships and Alliances, General Counsel, Services, Technology, and Information Security.
- Be customer-driven: Deliver high-quality services, such as screening, third-party risk assessment, and remediation.
- Be a strong stakeholder: Engage directly with business and senior management to provide guidance and recommendations on risk-related matters.
- Be a change agent: Leverage modern technologies, such as AI, to strengthen processes and drive business transformation.
- Be a leader: Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of subject matter experts and risk professionals.
About You
- 15+ years of overall experience and 10+ years of relevant risk management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of designing and implementing third-party risk management policies and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A natural ability to navigate uncertainty and deal with ambiguity.
