Job Title: Bid Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives, with a strong focus on acquiring new clients in untapped markets.
About the Role:
- High-Value Opportunity Identification:
- Craft persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed agreed performance goals.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Key Qualifications:
- IT Business Development Expertise:
- 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
- A strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, ideally targeting North America and Europe.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation and Presentation Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
