Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Rice / Food Grains / FMCG
Location: Chittoor, Palamaneru, Srikalahasti & Tirupati
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for rice in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve distributor/retailer issues.
- Execute promotional activities, sampling, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide feedback from the market to improve product positioning and strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG / Food Products preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in FMCG sales may also apply.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of local market and distribution network.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / basic reporting.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 15000 to 30000
