Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead the User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Sales - CRM Platform and Sales systems.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.
  • Determine UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows.
  • Develop comprehensive UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

The ideal candidate will oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation, Sales, CRM integrations).

Key responsibilities include team leadership, defect management, stakeholder communication, environment setup, compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records of test results, issues, and resolutions.

The successful candidate will have 12+ years in quality assurance/UAT experience, with 3+ years in Sales - CRM and Sales platform testing expertise.
