- Key Responsibilities
- To achieve sales, receivables, and gross margin targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire and retain customers, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Monitor competitors' activities and stay ahead of the market with innovative solutions.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless execution and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide value-added services.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in ferrous/non-ferrous foundry production, with expertise in coreless induction furnace operation.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing of refractories, with a strong understanding of metallurgy and foundry technology.
- Preferably holding a degree in engineering (metallurgy/foundry technology).
