Job Overview:

The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving organisational performance by aligning HR practices with business goals.

This strategic advisor collaborates with business leaders to understand their objectives and provides strategic HR input to support organisational success.

  • Fosters strong stakeholder relationships and provides end-to-end HR support, including talent management, performance development, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Drives the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and labour laws.
  • Maintains a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Supports talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs.
  • Develops and implements employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies to enhance organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR input to support organisational success.
  2. Drive the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and labour laws.
  3. Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  4. Support talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs.
  5. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies to enhance organisational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, or high-growth organisation is preferred
