Regional Administrative Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Administrative Manager to spearhead the management of regional administrative activities and operations.

  • This role involves direct reporting to a Zonal Admin Head, monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses.
  • You will be responsible for managing calls and discussions, end-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities management and team coordination.
  • Your goal will be to ensure zero incidents on exam days related to admin services.
  • You will also help in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
  • You will define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team within the region.
  • You will train and develop the admin team within the region.
  • You will ensure standardization of processes at all exam venues.
  • You will manage regional vendors, support zonal heads in finalizing contracts, and vendor invoices.
  • You will publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to zonal admin heads and senior management.
  • You will be the central point of contact for all facility-related matters at the regional level.
  • You will ensure SLA/SLC compliance at exam venues.
  • You will have governance over Vidz/Lisp partners, conduct regular meetings, and closure of audit points.
  • You will manage contracts.
  • You will help/support in shortlisting prospective partners/venues identified by city heads based on defined parameters within the region.
  • You will maintain and monitor legal compliances for all venues.
  • You will prepare and deploy contingency/BCP.
  • You will conduct surprise checks at exam venues.
  • You will handle crisis situations.
  • You will coordinate and manage with manpower agencies.
  • You will conduct audits of exam venues.
