Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Thrissur. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing accreditation processes, coordinating with partner institutions, ensuring curriculum compliance, and managing regional operations. They will also be responsible for training staff, enhancing institutional performance, and developing strategic initiatives to foster academic innovation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, reviewing accreditation documentation, and providing consultation services to partner institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in academic quality assessment and instructional delivery
- Skills in curriculum development and standardized program delivery
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in stakeholder relationship management
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Master&aposs degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in accreditation or regulatory environments is a plus
