Customer Relationship Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with students, and have a strong understanding of our certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demo calls with prospective students for our certification programs.
  • Provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
  • Answer student inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (desired).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is beneficial.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
