We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Fuelled, India's premium nutritional supplements and health foods brand. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and take our brand to the next level.

Job Description

This is a hybrid position for someone passionate about fitness and marketing, who is ready to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. A significant part of this role involves content strategy and management across all our platforms, ensuring quality and consistency in everything we deliver to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Fuelled's vision and goals.
  • Own content strategy and management for Instagram, YouTube, the website, and newsletters, ensuring high-quality and impactful content.
  • Plan, create, and oversee campaigns to drive brand awareness, product launches, and sales growth.
  • Manage Affiliate Marketing initiatives by building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
