Job Title: Sales and Marketing Professional - Sports Nutrition

Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers (Gym & Health Trainers) to present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments and knowledge of the product.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales calls and closing deals.
  • Identifying and generating new leads through cold calling, referrals, or customer inquiries and qualifying leads by assessing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring the sales approach to suit individual preferences.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to address customer inquiries and confidently handle objections.
  • Managing and updating customer information in the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Effectively handling objections, concerns, and questions from customers, using problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and close sales.
  • Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking key metrics such as call volumes, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Gathering and reporting feedback from customers regarding the products/services and potential improvements.
  • Following up on leads and previous conversations with customers to nurture relationships and convert potential sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduate degree in any stream.
  • Around 0-2 years of relevant experience desired.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English.
  • Clear pronunciation and clarity in speech.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a passion for sales and marketing.
