Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and improve brand awareness.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Conceptualize and own any new digital touchpoints that fit into brand plans.
  • Develop and execute an annual influencer strategy for the brand in line with marketing priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, and assess against goals, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of Meta Campaign Management Platform.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
  • FMCG experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the India media and digital market (ie, media cost dynamics, landscape, media usage trends, etc.).
