About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of warranty claims.
This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work overnight hours aligned with US Central Standard Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
- Audit and process warranty claims with high accuracy.
- Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
- Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field highly preferred.
- Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
