Job Opportunity: Polarion Expert

Polarion experts are highly sought after in the industry for their ability to configure and customize ALM solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and experience to drive business success.

  • Polarion Configuration: Configure and tailor Polarion ALM to support project-specific requirements, test planning, validation, release, and documentation workflows.
  • Process Design: Design and implement processes, workflows, traceability matrices, and custom templates aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and company-specific quality frameworks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the rollout of Polarion solutions across international teams, including training, documentation, and end-user support.
  • Test Operations: Develop and maintain test concepts, oversee test operations, and provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Polarion tool-related issues.
  • Safety Compliance: Manage safety-relevant documentation and ensure regulatory traceability for compliance in automotive/battery systems.
  • Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment following the SAFe framework (10-week Program Increments).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Polarion Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Polarion configuration, workflow implementation, and process customization.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and V-model methodologies for requirements engineering, validation, change management, and release planning.
  • Agile & Communication Skills: Proven experience in SAFe-based agile teams, including participation in PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-team coordination.
