Training Manager Position

This is a role that involves the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs.

  • Developing comprehensive training modules in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Reviewing and updating existing training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Designing and implementing simulator scenarios based on client needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities and reporting progress as necessary.
  • Ensuring all training courses are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in training delivery and implementing changes accordingly.

Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theory is essential. Experience in managing teams and working with clients to deliver results-driven solutions is also desirable.
