About Us

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead one of our thriving Development Centers. This role will play a strategic and consultative part in executing the larger vision, culture, and business objectives of the organization.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders and implement HR solutions aligned to the Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless employee onboarding and assimilation into the organizational culture.
  • Create a positive work environment and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Build and create the Center brand in the society and ensure business continuity at all times.
  • Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Protect the interests of the organization and initiate disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Implement DC-wide rewards and recognition programs.
  • Manage employee grievances, anti-sexual harassment, and workplace concerns.
  • Manage health and wellness programs.
  • Establish robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent degree.
  • 11-17 years of experience in HR.
