About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our India market expansion. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, expanding distribution networks, and leading business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Market Entry & Growth Strategies: Develop and execute plans to expand our presence in the Indian market.
- Distribution Network Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with key partners to enhance our distribution capabilities.
- Business Development Leadership: Drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies and partnerships.
- Market Intelligence & Customer Engagement: Stay ahead of market trends and engage with customers to drive sales and growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- A strong background in business management, preferably with a focus on pharma/Science.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in India Pharma market entry, sales, and business development.
- Expertise in B2B Pharma (APIs & Formulations) and regulatory understanding.
- A proven network with decision-makers in pharma.
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership experience in the pharma industry.
