Job Opportunity:

A key account manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to provide them with personalized financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of investment services, trade and foreign exchange, and wealth management products, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet specific profit targets across various business sectors (40%)
  • Ensure that individual and team profitability objectives are met, measured by achievement over target
  • Banking Targets – Individual (10%): Maintain banking performance targets with a focus on defined income objectives
  • Customer Level Profitability Objectives (10%): Achieve self and team profitability goals
  • AUM Growth Objectives (10%): Meet minimum objective 10% growth in AUM for self-base for the account manager and self & team level for senior account managers
  • Client Sign-On Objectives (10%): Meet minimum client sign-on objectives as defined by the business head, including new to bank clients
  • Customer Relationship Management Objective (10%): Ensure quality of customer interactions updated in the CRM system is as per desk requirement
  • Client Solutions and Product Mix Objective (10%): Benchmark minimum levels of delivery on products around customer needs
