Senior Vice President - Wealth Manager

This role involves managing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients, providing end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions. The Senior Vice President - Wealth Manager will directly manage client relationships, build trust, and offer strategic solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire, nurture, and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
  • Wealth Advisory & Solutions: Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance. Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Achieve Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion. Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the product suite.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulations and maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices. Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking with a reputable firm.
  • Proven individual contributor track record of managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
