Our organization is seeking an accomplished .NET Lead professional to drive the development and implementation of robust backend services and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient .NET applications utilizing C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and functionalities.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and optimized code to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability.
  • Ensure application security and data protection through adherence to best practices.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proven expertise in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is beneficial.
  • Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React/Blazor (optional)
  • Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ
  • Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins
  • Testing: NUnit, xUnit, Moq
  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Other Skills: RESTful services, microservices architecture, performance tuning, security best practices
