About this role

As an Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing cutting-edge endpoint management solutions.

The team is responsible for building and maintaining the foundation of our technology environment. We are multiple product and platform teams passionate about delivering high-quality results through continuous delivery. Together with our internal and business partners, we co-create a roadmap to deliver reliable, innovative, and value-driven experiences.

Your primary focus will be on providing production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Windows endpoint management capabilities, serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management, and manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security.

You will automate and document operational procedures and processes. Your research skills will enable you to recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience. Collaboration with technical and non-technical teams is essential, and you will participate in projects by providing updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities. Effective communication of technical information is crucial, and you will contribute to Community of Practice and project-based meetings.

Required skills and qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
